Jed from True North Heating, was very professional and reliable, excellent service..We are 74 and our furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called several different furnace companies and not one of them could come out for several days. I finally got in touch with Jed at True North and he came out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately we needed a part that he didn't have in stock and it would take a day or so to get. Jed went out of his way to lend us 4 electric heaters to use until the parts arrived..He went above and beyond to help us out. We would highly recommend True North.

Thank you Jed. We were trying to get out of town but a hot water leak turned our basement into a suana and took out the contol board in our in our newer furnace. He had a new control board the next day and called and asked if he could stop out and replace it late afternoon since he finished his last appt early. Call Jed first!! Top notch.
